I am searching for DAWN VAUGHAN nee PEARCE who had a baby girl named SARAH MARTINA READ on 25th June 1968 at Woolwich Home for Mothers and Babys. From my search i know that Dawn later went on to have two more children the first a boy named Jason born in May 1970 and then a girl named Lisa Jane in May 1971 who were not adopted. Dawn married their father in 1969 named Charles Brian Vaughan, they were living in Charlton at the time of the childrens births. If anyone has any one has any information to help me further my search please notify me.
