I am looking for anyone who knows the wear about of any living relatives of a baby born on 29/04/42 born with the name of Fredrick George Parsons, he was adopted from the Church of England Waifs and Strays Society, we believe he was in a home in Bath, but was born in wales possibly caernarfonshire. We were always led to belive he was a War baby. any information would be grateful
