I am helping my husband find his birth parents. He is now called Robert Miller, born Charles Robert Rankin in Wallingford, UK. He was adopted around 1966 to the Miller family. Mother's surname Lucas (not sure if that is her maiden name or not). He spent some time before he was adopted in Erdington, UK and may have been fostered by a Mrs Brown at this time. Can anybody shed some light on the missing years?
