My name is NIGEL PATRICK BROOKES, 8.9.67, my birth name was NIGEL PATRICK PHILLIPS OR PHILIPS. I have a brother KEITH JOHN PH. born 1966. My mothers name is JENNIFER MILLICENT PHILLIPS. I was born in EVESHAM, and then sent to WORCESTER for adoption. Some of my biological family may not be aware of my existance.
