Julia Smith (Birth Name) - were you born on September 3rd 1974 in Reading, Berkshire. I am desparately seeking news on my daughter who I had adopted shortly after birth, all I know is that she went to a family in the home counties, adopted mothers name is Sylvia, they had also adopted another child called Richard,I don't want to interfere in her life but would just like to know that Julia is okay and happy and to let her know that she has a brother and a sister who know all about her.
