I am searching for my birth Mother,Margaret Joyce Russell. I was born on 24-10-64 in the Syon Park area, Ealing in London. My birth name was Steven Russell. I was fostered briefly before being placed in a Church of England Children's home.I was then adopted by Dawn & Douglas Williams.
