I was born in Chesterfield/Sheffield (?not sure) on 16-04-53 and given the name of David B*****t. Adopted Chesterfield County Court 07/53, brought to Aust. 1957. Have full adoption details but have no wish to embarrass b/mother Dora without reason. Would like contact if possible for medical history relating to present problems.
