I was born in Hull on12/3/48 to Gladys Shepherd whom I believe resided in Sunderland at that time. My name on original birth certificate given as Sandra Shepherd but address given was a Doncaster one. Adoption papers from the Court have been "lost or destroyed". Can anyone help?
