I am trying to help my father in-law find any information about his birth mother or any other relations. His name is Micheal Herbet Edwards born 2/2/1938 at 26, Wolverton Avenue, Kingston ,Surrey. His mothers name is Margaret Ann Edwards last known at 6, Dover Terrace, Sandycombe Rd, Richmond, Surrey. England.He was fostered to Mr. & Mrs Winter from Sheperton when he was a baby of about 9 months old. He could also have a brother by the name of John Parry (edwards) born about 1939 - 1941?
