Searching for Richard George Heavens born 20th June 1926. He is my father's brother and they have never met. Richard was not adopted according to his birth certificate and may have gone to family friends. No idea if his name was changed. He was born in Maternity Hospital in Holborn to Gladys Heavens. She lived in Acton Lane, London W4 at the time and this address appears on the birth certificate of Richard under the address of mother, but also a second address of Windsor Road, Ealing appears for the address of the informant who is again Gladys. Could anybody shed some light on the fact that she has given two addresses. Many thanks.
