JAMES BROOKS(BIRTHNAME) i am looking for my brother i have now got his birth certificate d .o.b.13th march 1948 born in nursing home in hitchin herts lived in tilehouse st hitchin herts birthname james brooks adopted in st albans or watford herts maybe the name cheshire or similar sounding mothers name doris brooks our mother passed away 3 yrs ago but never stopped talking about you she was hoping you would find her so she could tell you the reason for your adoption.

he visited me in the 60s just once he had a brother and family who lived in upper caldicote beds brothers wife maorri,children marion &steven whiteman they emigrated to canada in the 60s my mother lived in biggleswade beds then and he also had a son me jeannie my brother james our name was brooks on our birth certificates because you and our mum was not married.i am searching for james as he was adopted. please help no matter how trivial infomation may be , it may help me thanks for this site and good luck to everyone jeannie 01582 898960
