Searching for my mothers parents. Her name on the adoption papers is JOY SARAH GRIFFITH d.o.b. 8/6/1937. I have a copy of the adoption certificate. It has a number starting with AA 085 etc.. It has the adopters names GEORGE ALFRED HENTY GRIFFITH & EDITH MARION GRIFFITH Dated 19/5/1943. Juvenile court of Thingoe & Thedwastre sitting at the Shire hall. Bury St Edmunds, County of Suffolk.
