I was born TERESA HEARN 13/04/1974 and after my adoption which I believe was in OCT 1974 I was named LOUISE TERESA TAYLOR. I was born in HAYES AND HARLINGTON HOSPITAL and althouh I havent discovered the name if my natural parents yet I believe the name of the person who dealt with my adoption is called SEGAR. I'm still trying to trace my natural family and I hope the names I have provided will ring a bell with someone out there. As I find more information I will post it.
