I am trying to locate my birth brother,who was adopted when I was a baby.he was born vincent john bate on the 4th may 1968 at hertford county hospital.our mother was called joan ellen bate,and our father was called vincent edward conway a labourer.my brother went into foster care prior to his adoption with foster parents in watton at stone,his formal adoption took place at watford court on 31-3-69.If any one can give me any information at all about my brother who I have wanted to meet since I found out about him nearly 20 years ago.Please contact me a.s.a.p via my e-mail address.thankyou for listening lisa.
