I am looking for Stephen Anthony Barratt whose last known address thirty three years ago was Cedar Street Bootle Merseyside. Stephen would now be aged around thirty four to thirty five years of age. Stephen had one sister older than him and his birth mother was called Geraldine Barratt also from the same address. Stephen grandfather is possibly American. I am Stephens natural father Aurthur Edward Turner and I was from the Norris Green area of Liverpool at the time of Stephens birth.
