still looking for my brother adopted shortly after birth. he was born on 31 dec 1947 mothers name muriel joyce howse.i was also adopted .we were both adopted in witney oxfordshire his name at birth was fredrick wayman howse .norcap have tried for me but cannot find him my birth mother refuses to tell me anything and our birth father is deceased .i still live in witney and probably know him ! does anyone out there know a 54 yr old man with a birthday new yrs eve??? i have tried local papers etc on his birthday but no luck any info gratfully recieved thanks good luck to everyone!
