SUCCESS TINGED WITH A LOT OF SADNESS
I have traced my birth mother ANN PHILOMENA COLLINS but unfortunately she died in 1996. I was deeply upset when I got this news a week ago. Last night however, I spoke to my half-sister Amanda for the very first time - it was a fantastic feeling! She told me that my mother talked and thought about me a lot and that I resembled her a lot (I had sent a photo). We're going to meet up as soon as possible, along with my half-brother Robbie who lives a couple of miles from me.
Don't give up, people. It has taken me years but has been worth it in the end. Good luck one and all.
