I am searching for my daughter who was placed for adoption at three months old. Her name at birth was registered as Tania Diane Giles and she was born at the John Radcliffe Maternity Hospital Oxfordshire on the 28/ of August 1965.I do not know her name post adoption, but know that she spent the first three months of her life with foster carers and was then placed with a young family who already had one older child possibly in Oxfordshire /Berkshire or Buckinghamshire area,s. Oxfordshire Diocean Council for Social Work arranged Tania,s adoption now known as Parents and Children Together from Reading Berkshire. If this date of birth or any of these details sound familiar to you I would like to make contact from Birth Father.
