Seeking any information for the family name .Raine>
My grandfather is Leslie Raine born in Sawdon, (1906)
Had a sister Gladys - brother Cecil - Their father Thomas, mother Lillian or Lilyanne ? Leslie left England and came to Canada in 1926. His family lived in the yorkshire area.
Uncles of Leslie's Tenneysen lived in Winterton area, Edward - was a butcher - had his own shop and lived in Malton or Norton. Leslie's mother had a brother Harry , 2 sisters Eva and Maude , their last name Riby?? Any information to this family would be most welcomed. We don't have much to go on. But perhaps we could share any info/
