I am search for the parents of Thomas Bedford and his sister Elizabeth Bedford. They may have been born in Manchester. Thomas immagrated to Canada before 1893 (he was married in Canada in 1893) he served in the Merchant Marines in Canada. Elizabeth married a man named Green and lived in Manchester during WWII. They owned a jewlery store in Manchester.
