Hello:
I am searching for information on Edward Higgins born 10 October 1881
and baptized on 30 October 1881 in St Maries (Sp) Church in Sheffield.
He had a sister named Ellen (Nellie) and another (perhaps Mary) who
stayed in England. Edward and Ellen came to Nova Scotia, Canada. Ellen
married Patrick Holland and Edward married Maude Jesseau. Edward was
married in England and his wife died. He had a daughter Nora. On the baptismal
certificate Edward's parents are listed as Patrick and Ann Higgins (formerly
Keeting (not sure of spelling). Godparents are William Galvin and Mary Healy.
There is a Patrick and Anne Higgins on the 1881 census living at 18 Bailey Lane,
Sheffield but I'm not sure if they were his parents. Appreciate any help at all.
