I am looking for a man named Stephen Allan Brooks , we met in Mobile Alabama in 1989 . He was in the royal navy at the time on a ship that was visiting during Mardi Gras . I do not know his whereabouts but sure he is still in the navy . We kept in contact for several years afterward but to no avail we are not in touch anymore . I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me on how to go about finding him , he was a very special friend to me and I would be most appreciative . His DOB is 1-1-59 , he has a nickname he goes by FOXY haha . He should be on a naval base some where in England I am just having a hard time locating him as I have lost all phone numbers and addresses durig a move . Please do not think I am insane for trying to find a person that I knew over eleven years ago . It is very important to me . Thank You .
