looking for any relatives still in England who might remember my grandfather, Allan John Wagner, b. May 7, 1886, Boston, MA., USA, son of Charles Wagner and Annie McDonald. Allen went to school somewhere in England from 1900-1902. I assume he either lived with his grandparents, Anton and Thecla Wagner, or with aunts or uncles. I do not have knowledge of the names of those aunts or uncles. Allen was an only child, and Charles died young, so there is little family history or lore. the fact that he went to school in England in 1900-1902 is given in his military records.
I would dearly love to know more about this branch of our family. I was very young when Allen died, so never had a chance to query him on his ancestry.
