GILLARD - Francis and Eliza (nee STEPHENS from Cornwall) were married at St. Edmunds church in Exeter on 7/2/1842 - I haven't found out when Francis was born but have recently been told that his mother died when he was young and his father remarried - this is verbal info from an elderly aunt.
