Looking for David Kofi Oteng (b. April '71), and his sister, Edna Akua Oteng-Daani (b. March '74). Their last known address was in Thamesmead, Greenwich, London, where they had lived for most of their lives with their mother & father, up until shortly after their father (Samuel Kwabena Oteng)'s death in November 1995. Samuel was from Ghana, and their mother Cynthia was born in Nigeria.
I believe David studied at Woolwich College, and Edna at Falmouth College. I don't know exact dates, but Edna was still at Falmouth when her father died in late 1995. I presume David was at Woolwich around 1988/89 sort of time.
Any information would be very gratefully received, as I would love to be able to get in contact with David & Edna.
