My grandmother, Sarah Jane Bates Winward, was from Stockport,Eng. She came from Penny Lane off Lanchaster Hill. Either 31or 37 I believe. She had a sister who continued to live at the Penny Lane address. Her name was Eliza Ann Bates Hiles.
