I am trying to locate any information on David Cowen who was married to a Sara Duckling. He was a mariner who our family has beentold, was lost at sea. He was my great grandfather(maternal). My paternal great grandfather was Charles Lyons of Norfolk, married to an Eleanor Payne, of London. If anyone has any info on these surnames orany information on mariner service in the 1880s, it would be most appreciated. Thank you.
