Looking for Frederick G. WESTELL born c1854 Bedminster, Som. 1881 census has his parents as James bc 1834 Bedminster + Mary bc 1833 Hambrook, Gloucester. Siblings Henry John bc 1864; Lucy Elizabeth Parrott bc 1869; Ernest Grace bc 1871; Edgar Luton bc 1875; Alice Maud bc 1877. All born in St. Stephens Bristol, Gloucester. Edgar may have
been Head postmaster at Croydon, Surrey, retiring in the 1930s. He was awarded a medal- MBE. Would love to know why. Am also looking for Frederick George Westell father James, mother Florence Alexandrina nee Mitchell. Fred and sister Blanche possibly b Fulham, London Eng.
