I am looking for ancestors of Thomas Edwin (or maybe Erwin) & Margaret Isabella (Pickup)Hall who were married April 12, 1880. They had when child, Jane, before they left England in 1881.
Margaret was born January 22, 1860 in Durham County, England. Her mother was Jane Pickup, who was born in Penshire, county Durham, England, in 1824 & came to the USA in 1886. Margaret's father was William Pickup who died in England in 1864. Margaret's grandparents were William & Ann (Hay) Hobson both having been born & died in England.
Thomas E. Hall was born January 25, 1856 in Durham County, England. His father was William Edward Hall. Thomas had a brother, Robert, but I have no information other than this regarding the Hall Family. I am looking for anything that can be found for either of these families &/or the location they were from.
