We would like to invite anyone with a family interest in Northern England to
join our mailing list,
NORTHERN-ENGLAND-L@rootsweb.com is an alternative mailing list for
genealogy research in Northern England, this list covers the whole of the
North of England .
It is different from some other genealogy lists in that this list also
allows Trivia postings about the region as well as serious genealogy
research postings, it also encourages posters who are maybe not yet
researching there family tree but who live in or have an insight into the
region or are looking for living relatives/friends they may have lost touch
with.
The aims of the list are to create a comradeship of Northerners and those
descendent from Northerners which can be beneficial to tracing the family
history of the region.

that contains the word subscribe and nothing else.
