I am looking for researchers in England who have info concerning the BIRD-BYRD families 1700's and prior. I am at a stone wall with my ggggggrand father Richard Bird-Byrd born 1717 and lived in Middlesex Co., Virginia. Had 4 sons,John b:1741; Richard b:1747; Benjamin b:1758; Luke b:1768 all of Virginia. I am sure there were female as well but they are difficult to trace. I need info on his parents right back to England. Ialso believe itwas BIRD then. Thank you in advance for any help you may give. Your research there is much more adequate than ours rbyrd
