I am looking for descendants of Alice Roper Cross from around Hemel Hempstead, England. Alice Cross was married to Peter Cross who passed away in the 1920s. As of 1950, Alice Cross still lived at Hemel Hempstead. She had 4 children the oldest a daughter, Marion Cross born December 4, 1919 and 3 sons, Sydney James Cross, Donald Cross, and Edmund Alan Cross "Ted". These 3 sons would have been born in the early 1920s. I am the great grandaughter of the eldest child Marion who has lived in the United States since 1945. When Marion came to the U.S., she came with a 1 year old daughter, an infant son, and her oldest son stayed in England with the family. His name was Michael Alfred Hammett. My great grandmother has had no communication with her 3 brothers since she left England almost 50 years ago. As of 1945, one or more of her brothers worked at the De Havlin Air Force Base at Hatfield. Marion Cross is still alive and has 3 daughters, 3 sons, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. We would love to get in contact with our long lost family. Marion would love to find her brothers.
