I am looking for the family of Sergeant William PHILPOTT and Mary Elizabeth TANN who married circ.1914. Willim served in the Kings Own Royal Lancashire Regiment. A child Mary Elizabeth Patricia was born 5 Novmber 1914 and Mary died in childbirth at Garden Cottage, Tickford Abbey, Newport Pagnell, Bucks. I have a WW1 newspaper cutting of their marriage at a Chateau but I can't read just where. The occu[ier of Garden Cottage was George A. Knight shown on Mary's Death Certificate as Brother in Law. Does anyone know of this family. I would be ever grateful for any information. Regards Betty
