ARNOLD STANLEY GREEN.brother of reginald green.my father has not seen his brother for forty years.fostered after second world war in liverpool.the brothers managed to stay together until there twenties then drifted apart.also any information on there parents who they never saw after returning from evacuation,second world war.believed to have been born BOOTLE.LIVERPOOL.PUGIN STREET.docklands were heavily bombed so the street may not exist anymore
