I am looking for a relative of Joseph James Outram known as Jose in Chile Peru. Born about Sept 1850(?) where(?) and died in Peru 1878 where he was a merchant. Apparently there was some connection to Sir James Outram, of India fame, but so far I have found nothing. The could have been cousins or ....
