Looking for the family of Samuel Hough, came to Bucks Co., PA, with the Quakers, in 1683. Tradition says he was from Cheshire, Eng., & was part of the Congleton Quakers, who settled land, given to them by William Penn. Was he related to Richard Hough, who was 1st of the name to settle in Bucks County?
