Married 1st to Anne VAUGHN daughter of William VAUGHN of Erith, married 2nd to Elyzabeth, daughter of THATCHER, Merchant of Stapple. With Elyzabeth he had nine sons and six daughters. One known son Thomas D'AETH married Jan 10, 1624 to Mary BARTON, daughter of Adrian BARTON of St. Dunstan in the West, Apothecary at St. Martins in the Fields, Middlesex.
