I am looking for the descendants/ancestors of my maternal grandparents Joseph and Martha Green. They lived at Wallsend (Engine Inn Road} High Howdon. Their Siblings were Thomas Joseph Margaret and Joan they also had a son Leslie who died when he was a baby of pneumonia. I believe my grandfathers family were from the Durham area and they also lived in the Scotswood area of Newcastle. My grandfather served in the Durham Light Infantry during the Second World War. My grandmother maiden name was Thirlwall, her fathers name was Thomas and he also had a brother named Edward, my great Grandmother (Thirlwall) died at the age of 42. Other surnames relating to my grandmother are Logan. Turnbull, Wood/s Moran and Hill all living inthe Wallsend area. Thank you for any information.
