My fifth g-grandfather Phillip Shuttleworth was born in 1748 at Bury, Lancashire, England. I am trying to find out who his parents and sibblings were. Phillip came to the USA sometime between 1748-1776. He married a Luranah Schmitt or Thomas in 1776 in Maryland, USA. They had 9 children that I know about. Phillip landed in Alexandria, Virginia USA when he first came to the USA. I don't know what ship he came over on. He and his wife both died in Morgantown, West Virginia which maybe have been a part of Virginia than. Any information would be greatly appreicated.
