I am looking for all COURTOY descendants - worldwide. Surnames from USA include POWELL, SWILLEY, MOREE, HAMAN, and many more
In Australia surnames include TRUMBULL, HAYNES, COMBE, COX, JERKINS, TREWAVAS, BEASLEY, GREGORY, COCHRANE, SPINAZE, MC CLURE, MC AULAY, WRIGHT, PETTY, OVENS, COOKE and many more from around Rockhampton, Gladstone areas.
I am about to type up the finished tree, but have a couple of stragglers to find, ie COMBE from around Forbes NSW and COURTOY from Coventry, England. I believe there was a Courtoy grave yard at Coventry, where "all the graves were covered in lichen" Can anyone identify where this might be or have access to names from the parish records?
