I am looking for ancestor named Joseph Bennett born 1767 in London England, married to a Lady of Title. He had 3 children, one of them also Joseph Bennett born in 1805 in Maidstone England. His mother died when he was only 5 and we do not know her name, just that she was know as the Lady of Title. Joseph Jr married Elizabeth Collins born 1807 in Hampshire , Headley England in 1832 and the newly weds came to USA New York. They lived in Detroit michigan and the birth of their first son, Charles in 1834. then they started a homestead in Canada and Joseph named it after his homeland, Maidstone Crioss ontario Canada, purchased with the grant he received because his father served in the british Army and fought in the Penninsula Wars around 1812. Joesph and Elizabeth had a total of 9 children:

the remaining 8 other children other than Charles were all born in Canada. Any info on this family would be greatly appreciated!! I am looking for Joseph Sr and his wife, and possibly his military career records, his death records, and the other names of his children besides Joseph Jr. Also Joseph and Elizabeth, I have not been able to find a marriage in England on them.
