MONTAGUE/MOUNTEGUE. Of Chalfont St. Peter, Bucks, and Harefield, Middlesex, including Elizabeth Mary Montague (daughter of Thomas Montague and Elizabeth WILTON, his wife) who married 1820, St. George's, Bloomsbury, William SINTON. The Sinton couple is buried in front of St. John's Parish Church, Hampstead. It is on your immediate right, as you enter the church pathway. Allied names: AVIS, BURBRIDGE, CHIPS, and CLAYTON. I seek further Montague ancestry and to correspond with possible descendants, and will share data and pay expenses for copies and postage. I am descended from Henry Search and Helen Sinton, who came to America, and lived in Brooklyn, NY.
