I am trying to find my family history in the wigan area and further afield my name is jack cummings, my father was patrick cumming (miner) mother helen white (cotton mill worker) they had eleven children they were: helen, clair, patricia, marie, lynn also thomas, brian, cavan, jack, alan and glynn. I am told my grandfather lived in the same area of spring view, lower ince and kept pigs in that area. can anyone further my information ie, my grandfathers name, date of birth aand place of birth. also that of his wife. i have no names.
