I emigrated to the US in 1975. I have many relatives in England, I would guess primarily the West Midlands who do not even know i exist. The last name is Sadler. My parents are Tony and Roma Sadler (nee Harris). They lived in Woodsetton, Tettenhall and for about 20 years in Codsall Wood and Gnosall. I attended Codsall Comprehensive until 1974. My Dad had a brother Eric, that worked for British rail and transferred to Falmouth, Cornwall. His parents moved with him. They are Francis and Maud Sadler. He worked on the railroad too. Francis had a dozen siblings. I only ever met Aunty sally and Annie, I think they lived together. I never knew any of the other aunts and uncles, not even their names, or how many of which sex, so Sadler is the common thread. Now my Mom's father, George Harris also had sisters, an older one that emigrated many years ago to New York. His wife Winnie Baker had a twin Minnie,an older sister Amy and a brother Albert. The Harrises lived at the top of the big hill in Woodsetton. I want to build a family tree so if you know any sadler's or are a sadler lets link up.
