KENDALL - Myra, daughter of Jack and Laura Kendall, possibly of Lancashire(?). Myra was born on 10/6/1892 somewhere in England. Can anyone help me with information. She was my ggrandmother and she married Harold Alexander MacDonald and they came to South AFrica. Myra died in the flu epidemic of 1918 after producing two daughters, one of whom was my grandmother.
