Hello! My name is Maureen. I am fron the States and I am looking for any information I can find on my maternal Grandmother, Stella Lucy Kay. It is my understanding that she was possibly born sometime around May 1921 in Derby, England. That is all of the information that I have on her. I would like to know if there is somewhere where I can obtain her birth certificate and if there is some way that I can find out if there are any relatives of hers still living in England.
