Hi! I'm looking for Mary & Arthur B.T.PHILLIPS(he is not known by that name apparently) children of Percy Frank & Dorothy Kate(nee Upton)last known to be living in Devon.
On Percy PHILLIPS'S marriage certificate(20.9.1919)he was described as a secretary in Exeter,Devon.Arthur.B.T.PHILLIPS was born in Catford,Lewisham in 1921.I don't know Mary's DOB.
Arthur could be known as B.T.PHILLIPS.Mary is probably married.
