I believe that my Degnan ancestors passed through Ireland on their way to the USA but originated in England. I would like to substantiate this theory. Most Americans think Degnan is Irish, but I beleive it to be English. There are so many more Degnan's in England than Ireland. Any comments would be appreciated. I also run a search engine for Delaware, USA to help anyone who may be interested in locating Delaware decendents. thanks.bd
