I am searching for any connection to an Ann Pickering chris 7th Nov.1802 At Pitt St.Wesleyan, in Liverpool.
Also Job born top the same couple and chris. 12 March 1798 At Mt Pleasant Wesleyan, in Liverpool.
Harriett the youngest daughter was listed on the 1841 Census of Liverpool as being 25 years. ( chris 19th May 1811 at St Peters , Liverpool. )
William the father was a shipwright on the 1841 Census of Liverpool. Family has something to do with ships-- but I cannot verify. They may even have come from America. William and Anne married in Bristol on 9th Sept.1794. Ann's name was Davies before her marriage. The family is supposed to be related to Sir Gilbert Pickering-- ( I know this has to be verified ) Would there be any families on this line who could discount this story or not ?
Christian names that occur in the family are Benjamin, James , Edward /Edwin, William, Joseph and Jonathan and Walter. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
