I am searching for information on the siblings and parents of Thomas Cook, born in England sept 30, 1837, raised in Eastwood Scotland, married Janet Hart in the parish of Eastwood on Dec 10 1858 and emigrated to Canada in 1868. To my knowledge he had one (1) brother (christian name unknown) who also came to Canada at the same time. I believe the port of entry was Montreal, Quebec. It seems there was also one (1) sister Jean who married a man with the surname Patterson. I am not sure whether she came to Canada at the same time or if ever. These children were born in England and raised in Eastwood Scotland. There is a possibility that they attended Paisley grammar school and may have been orphans at that time.
